A round call button you embed on your site. During open hours a click rings your inbound agents; outside hours it rings your fallback numbers in order.
Usually your inbound number — routing picks an available agent.
Outside open hours / on holidays, the widget dials these in order — number 2 only if number 1 doesn't connect.
Tick "Closed" for a day off. Times are in your timezone.
